This log will include the date and time of each visit and the IP address
of the visitor. This log will be similar to this example
The Click Thru Program is be billed at twenty nine cents ($0.29)
for each visitor click thru to your web page, that we log, from
our web sites, affiliated web sites, and e-newsletters.
