Date: October 15, 2006 12:10AM I would guess local banks would be your only possible source for this home..They would be lending on your strengths and the value of the land for collateral....Smaller local banks or credit unions would be the best place to check Re: refinance

Date: November 01, 2006 10:22PM try Wells Fargo.. the wells fargo in temecula, ca does mh without perm foundation! they don't do stated loans though, just straight full doc (regular paycheck w-2) loans. good luck! Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
