building an addition on a new singlewide

Date: March 07, 2008 09:13AM Hi,
I am considering adding a room that will connect my garage to my singlewide. The garage is on a concrete slab that is set below the frostline and the home is on an engineered foundation (like Foundation Works)but the foundation is not bolted to concrete runners or anything, just to the concrete footers that sit on the ground. My question is this: will attaching the room be a problem with this kind of foundation because it is not below the frostline? Is this project impossible or can I attach the garage to the house with a new room between them? Any input is greatly appreciated. Re: building an addition on a new singlewide
