i own a 2000 skyline home and we our wanting to move it on land but having no luck with financing we just want someone to finance move and land.DO you know of anybody

This is not a problem unique to manufactured housing. Home financing and refinancing of all types is very tight right now. Even folks that have close to perfect credit histories are being turned down. We taxpayers bailed out the banks after they had risked our deposits on casino gaming like ventures. Now that they have the money back they don't seem to want to play unless there are huge rewards involved.

The original thinking was that the bank bail out would provide enough liquidity for them to start lending to home buyers and small businesses, 2 main ingredients needed to get our economy warmed up again. Instead they are using the money towards their own ends, like buying up smaller banks that were not too big to fail, and have basically abandoned the public.

sorry.... once I get on that subject my blood boil and I find it difficult to stop.
