Date: April 02, 2002 07:13PM Hi Everyone, I am a first time home buyer and was looking into the manufactured homes. Does anyone know roughly how long they last compared to a house? thanks for all the info. Re: life span of manufactured homes

Date: April 02, 2002 08:44PM Hello Ginger, A well built manufactured home will last as long as a site-built home. Check out my comparison guide on this site. It will rate the most popular builders in the US. Check out the book store on the main page. Randy Eaton Re: life span of manufactured homes

Date: April 12, 2002 09:12AM I beg to differ. Our Fleetwood lifespan has been met and it's only 3 yrs. old. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
