VA Financing for Manufactured and Modular Homes

Date: March 11, 2009 02:48PM I have just started working in manufactured home sales. The lot where I was hired is trying to find lenders who work with VA and manufactured homes. Can anyone recommend a lender? I searched the forum and the Internet for the answer and came up with nothing.

Date: March 13, 2009 12:03AM Try calling your regional VA office and/or call local VA approved VA appraisers and ask for referals. I think this link will give you a wealth of info on the program and maybe a hint of where to find a lender..To do that you will have to search using the term "manufactured+homes" There are numerous document with info that might help you

Date: March 13, 2009 12:10AM When I did this search it returned 75,536 documents with the words"manufactured+homes"..ONLY THEY GOVERNMENT COULD POSSIBLY HAVE THAT MUCH JUNK ON A SIMPLE TOPIC..
