Date: July 23, 2010 01:15AM I use Park Sidekick to operate my communities. I like that it is located on my computer and my managers can log in and post rents, service requests etc. We use the mail merge function to print leases and other notices. They are adding credit card processing next month, and the software developers are really easy to get along with. Anyway... I have 6 parks in 4 states and really like the program.
